Mandela Effect. A very common example of it as far as famous quotes go. He never says that in the movie. Just like how Rodney King never said “Can’t we all just get along”?, Darth Vader never said “Luke, I am your father”, & Captain Kirk never said “Beam me up, Scotty”. The closest he says to what you shared is in the second half of the movie, where he says “Good evening, Clarice”. Most people are thinking of that when they say the mistaken quote.
