This game is definitely one of my favorite this year, BUT I think it definitely had maybe twice as many enemies as it needed. That's just not the point of Silent Hill.

You unfortunately missed an incredibly important note in the hall just before you enter the Abstract Daddy fight. It's the most overt context you get on Angela's story in the whole game.
