Granted that could be just because of the whole weird haunted apartment he lives in but the fact that you can see the subway out your window shows stuff can happen in the area around SH

Wow, it feels so different then original camera, but it just works/ Tossing aside nostalgia feelings and playing remake now it just doesn't feel this desolate, grungy and strange as the original. Seeing the game from the first person kinda make it even more strange and creepy. The original game just doesn't nice at all from the beging. It's like everything looks more crusty than it should be, sounds are not just scare you, but torment you and some of them were and still are so out of place that it create such eerie atmosphere, like the game doesn't want you to be in it. Remake is good, but it's really different.

Can someone please tell me: Do you also get like a fog overlay on the cam? I have the EE mod and this mod running, and the actually in game graphics don't seem to match what the EE edition put out, all the textures are very basic. But the text screens/puzzle close ups/inventory is on par with the EE. There also seems to be a major FPS drop and i am on a brand new pc. I just played Enhanced Edition last month with zero issues
