It frustrates me so much that there's only 3 numbers in the code but 4 lines in the poem. Only 3 of the lines are associated with numbers for some reason. I spent so long looking for the fourth image like I was going crazy. Guess it did a good job at making me feel trapped and insane.

@@81darron back then when you bought a game, that was the only game you had because you beat the ones you already had so you couldnt give up. not having games you can play online meant you beat all the games you had. i remember playing the original silent hill 2 with my buddy and we had each other to bounce back suggestions on what to do when we were stuck. and boy that feeling we got when we finally figured out a puzzle got us loving puzzle games and always chasing that high of a good challenging puzzle.

Funny thing is; you could even bruteforce the solution. Cause it makes a clicking noise, when you press x /a at the right number. If you're wrong, the dial spins and you have to start over 😉

Man. I thought the riddle meant the roofs were the ceiling, the footprints the floor, and then the 9 squares on the door (leading to home/hell). I tried counting how many unique symbols were on each, or counting specific symbols (e.g. 8 circles on the ceiling). Had my goddamn flashlight off the whole time, turns out the proper symbols only show when you point at them with your flashlight.

If you're playing this and have the right combo but are you confused, that was me too. Basically, I got 13 - 7 - 11. You're supposed to literally just click x or whatever on that number, not turn that amount of times. So you'd go right 13, click, and then go back (left) to the number 7, click, and then go right to number 11.

Es chistoso que yo creia que era seguir un camino trazado por las lineas blancas, y seguia eso, y cuándo encendia la luz, se apagaba todo, y dije okay, es puzzle de no usar linterna. Luego estaba viendo que los caminos conectaban cuando me ponia en cierta posicion, pero no entendia que conectaba porque en un momento dejaba de conectar, y no encontraba nada. Y sí se dan cuenta, en la puerta de los 9 cuadrados, a la derecha, hay algo que pareceria ser como la "casa" que son muchos circulos (o asi lo interprete yo) y yo intentaba seguir las lineas, porque si giraba la cabeza, daba sentido derecha e izquierda, pero no conectaba con nada, ni los "restos". Entonces... vi que habian copas, y seguia el patron de circulos, entonces creia que esos eran los restos, pero seguia sin entender que queria decir. Entre a esta guia y dije "nop... un ultimo intentó, si se puede" y cuando estaba analizando eso de las copas y los circulos, dije "hay algo MUY RARO aqui, y cuando estaba por rendirme, encendí por accidente linterna y vi la casa, y ahi ya me motive, y dije "okay... entonces es puzzle de luz JAJAJAJAJAJA" y ahi fue todo super facil de interpretarse, porque ya habia visto el patron. (Debo reconocer que adelante el video y vi unas lineas que hacia el mar, pero aqui me senti mal, y de todas formas veia muchas figuras asi, so... no me ayudo mucho, y mejor deje de ver el video, porque en ese momento creia que debia seguir la mirada a un camino y por eso aparecia asi) dios... que bien se siente resolver un acertijo sin guias JAJAJAJAJAJA, aunque si fue algo dificil inferir que necesitabas... luz (aunque la referencia a la noche y los techos, y el foco encendiendo y apagándose decia la respuesta indirecta, pues no lo pense de esa forma hasta ahora).
