if vkd3d is possible to use with this game and it allows fsr3 or dlss this would actually be a big deal because it'd get rid of stutter but also have good fps for people with pcs that need fsr3/dlss for fps

Yo bro what about the brightness the game is suppose to be dark i tweaked the game settings and added a mod but it's still too bright do you a fix to it

Could be your monitor, look for "Black Stretch" or "Dark Stabilizer"

For some reason DXVK tanks my fps in this game. Usually it just improves performance, but with SH2 I drop to around 40 FPS. I have a 7600X and RTX 3080.

Vulkan should be implemented in these games they aren't well optimized using dx11 is truly a resource hog for amd users

guessing FSR3 isn't available in Vulkan

I was able to use TSR and set it to low and got better fps. You could also try a program called lossless scaling it has some FsR settings

If you really want to install the game without lag, you must install it at 60hz and it will be fixed.
