Silent Scope Playthrough

I normally wouldn't put up a random playthrough like this but i got a couple of very fluky shots i was really pleased with here. I will do a proper video on this game soon. also please bare in mind i wasn't using a tube tv for this so the dark stage right at the end really was pitch black!

Yea it was my childhood, I was only 16 when I played it in the arcade back in 2002. Always loved arcade rail/lightgun shooters.

I remember completing this game using only one arm with just one credit at the arcade. I walked away after firing the last round at the final boss and I never missed. Always huge crowd standing behind me when I started playing.

I loved Silent Scope Xtreme (kill with one bullet…which was the goal of a standard sniper). Played with a friend and one of us would act as a spotter and the other the sniper…which is how an actual sniper team operates.

Seeing this played through for the very first time. This damn game was designed to be a quarter vacuum. $.75-$1.50 per play, RAPID countdown with no buffer for unplayable areas. Times were crazy then.

When you played the beginning of the first stage of the Story Mode, you notice there is an alternative scene where you start of the stage. Next time you should do the shooting range the indoor & the outdoor stage.

Sure thing! The reason i have held off uploading the training stuff is because using a new TV and not a tube one the dark training stage is completely pitch black, it is impossible to see anything no matter what brightness the tv or the game is set to. Still, il upload what i have in the next few days. Watch this space, just dont expect a good rating for that last stage haha :)

not a dumb question :) i was using a ps2 slim. To record I used an HD PVR. Sadly the PS2 only has a couple of video options so the video will not fill the whole youtube window

Manjinder Rai A console may be less than you think :) i actually got my slim from CEX and that was £35.00 i think the ps2 fat is £30 from there, and silent scope was £1.50 heh. I miss the arcade version too, it was awesome! happy xmas!
