You don’t understand how true this saying is. 99% of people’s “musical tastes “ are what they are comfortable with because they have heard it 10000000 times through conventional media. True bill.

@PrashPlexusGaming Indeed, a strange, beautiful and at times mesmerising game. I’ve been playing games since the Commodore 64 and rarely has a game moved me in such a way. So, sooooo much more than just delivering packages, it really was a pleasure to play and definitely worth completing. Every time I went to my in game ‘Private Room’ I would put this song on (or sometimes, Don’t be so Serious) in the background while I showered etc. Also loved the interaction with Norman, lol when you drink to much beer or check yourself out in the mirror! Truly is one of the most stunningly beautiful and relaxing games I’ve played and shows that a game doesn’t have to be fast paced to be enjoyable. More please Kojima!!!

When Kojima said that completing that delivery to Port Knot City would make me feel sentimental, I didn’t believe him, but after playing it myself It actually happened, it was a VERY HARD delivery with what was the largest group of BTs, and I felt A LOT of relief, calm and happiness for knowing that I have done it. Kojima you madlad you did it, a game that put us together instead of fighting each other, for once the gaming community got together and achieved something amazing together. Thanks for the generators, highways, bikes, bridges, ladders, climbing ropes, fellow porters, I couldn’t have done it without you guys.

VaVe DeRn Is it possible that these songs are made specifically for his games? Because if you listen to the lyrics of the songs used in the trailers they correlate directly to visuals or trailers of Death Stranding. The fact that these songs are all coming out along side the Death Stranding reveal onward is suspicious to me. Remember how Kojima recently said you will need the help of other real people/players in the game? This songs lyrics say that too. “We seem to need another, we need you all”. The song Nuclear has lyrics saying “Standing on the edge of the crater”. Just like in the trailers etc. it’s weird. Not sure if he’s just picking songs that correlate to his game by coincidence or not.

That feeling of ease knowing you made it after needing to pass through a BT area it then have this song play really solidified my interest into the game. Playing through the game again now doesn’t have the same exact experience I had before, which makes me treasure my first experience. I played completely offline the first time, which made me feel like I really was the only person who could help rebuild America. Truly a unique game.

Öyle derinden vuruyor ki her dinlediğimde, enstrümanların melankolikliği ve vokalin buğulu sesi birleşip öyle sağlam vuruyor ki zihnim geçmişe dalıp gidiyor, "We are here for you, don't suffer alone, tell us" dediği an kendimi kaybediyorum... Anlatmak istesende anlatılmıyor bazı şeyler, anlatılamıyor. Her dinleyişte içime döndüğüm, fazlaca kendimi, özümü bulduğum nadir şarkılardan birisi. İnsanın konuştuğu, derdini anlattığı şarkılarıda olabilirmiş bunun gibi

This makes me want to replay that game. This song I heard before I played the game... in a time of crisis and life falling apart. It was one of a handful of songs that carried me, emotionally, through that trauma. I cried hearing it in the song and feeling the lonely and isolation of the game. I KNEW the feeling... and this song was such a perfect choice for the game and for my life.

The thing about Kojima is that is not his music choice that makes a trailer good, but how he uses that music correctly. You all heard it with the same no brainers sentence of “it sets the moods correctly” but it’s not just that. Anyone can set the mood with music and some have failed, like the 100 series. But Kojima just tends to pace it properly and not make it so fancy with action shots. His camera work on his trailers since 2015 is what makes the trailer work with the music choice. It’s so unique and it inspired me greatly in film making and imagination when I make a trailer in my head with the song I’m listening to. Kojima is special in a way and he will always be remembered for his unique works. I never saw it as mainstream for once. Except ZOE a little, it’s anime robots fighting robots, but the story is original and the design is great too.

You can see how much Hideo was inspired from this video single handedly to create the world of Death Stranding.

After being touched by this song on the way to Port Knot City, I decided to give back more to the community. So once I got to the next area, I am proud to say I contributed a majority of the materials for over half the roadway connecting Lake Knot to South Knot by raiding Mule camps. And about 300 porters hit me with over 20k likes in a few days, which blew my MIND. I've never felt so appreciated in a game. I appreciate y'all and all the things you have put that have helped me, and I am glad to have given back in that way. Next is that super expensive route to Mountain Knot. Come build roads with me. Come build roads for everyone :,)

I've been pouring tons of resources into rebuilding the roads over the least several weeks too. We may have contributed to the same autopavers. 😊

Listen to the game soundtrack when it starts to rain or in the rain. In the countryside in desolate places. It's great

Its been a while i listening to this music in this channel , Death Stranding really fit with this soundtrack expecially for the porters like norman reedus , walking around country side delivering something and risking your soul while delivering it , i can really feel the high amount of stress despair and sadness in the game in story lane and character morality perspective . Just imagine you delivering something and got caught by that shadow people and then they drag you to their realm, in the game thats is really worst than death and we see 3 character in the game commiting to suicide rather than finish their job , they cant handle the risk , they cant handle the pain , they cant handle the fear .
Asylums for the feeling
