Silicon Valley VFR Pilot 4K In Cessna 172 KPAO
In this video, I fly around the heart of Silicon Vally. We take off from Palo Alto airport (KPAO) and go around the pattern 4 times. I specifically recorded all the Air Traffic Controller (ATC) audio to give you a sense of the workload in the cockpit of Cessna 172SP. You will hear frequencies of ATIS (Weather) 135.275, Ground 125.0, and Tower 118.6. I'll show you where Facebook HQ are located as well as the main building for Google HQ.

Not sure if you'll see this on what's now an older video but thanks for this video. Advantage at KPAO was where I trained for my PPL and my home club until I left the Bay Area. I can't say I miss how busy things get in the pattern on weekends, but I really do miss flying there.

It was crazy busy today, I agree, I’m the other hand, you learn to fly a tight pattern and very sharp ATC. It’s one of the busiest airspace’s in the US. If you can fly here, you can fly anywhere.
