Hey Thank you for reaching out to us! All our toppers are naturally wavy in texture we straighten it out before shipping it. To achieve the wavy and frizzy texture you'll have to wet the topper in water and scrunch it from bottom and leave it to air dry. Yes it can be used while exercising.
