Honestly there's been at two times I've woken up in the morning and had vivid memories of playing as Hornet and been excited to continue, until I realized my mind had just taken memories of playing Hollow Knight and replaced the Knight with Hornet. And that was BEFORE I even watched the trailer or any of mossbag's videos. I had only read/seen the Silksong info on Hornet's wiki page

So I know people probably already know this, but if you go into the Forgotten Crossroads, go left towards the platform bits before the caterpillar room, there is a dream tree upwards. just gotta say if the map is big enough to fit 100 different benches in it's massive gaping anus than I think this game will be almost double the fun of hollow knight from map size alone, not including tools, all the nwe boss fights, all the new silk moves, this game will probably be about 4x as good as hollow knight. Hornet Speculation: In your other video on whether or not Hornet is void, you talk about her dialogue before you go into the temple of the black egg and she says that going into the black egg would drain her. As we know from the boss fight, she goes in there anyways and helps to get you to the radiance. This would DRAIN her and maybe this is why she is Drained of her traditional power when she is captured and taken to farloom !

Speculation : the games story is gonna be about a kingdom that needs silk for some reason, so they captured weavers to extract their silk. But the weaver died out, but the kingdom still needs their silk. So they made up a lie about a pilgrimage to the top of the citadel to present sacred silks. But the problem is, if a pilgrim made it to the citadel and find out that its all bullshit, they might tell other pilgrims about it and they will lose their source of silk. So the solution they came up with is by killing the pilgrims on the way and taking their silk so that they never know. Now it would be suspicious if all the pilgrims are attacked by the soldiers of the kingdom itself, so they (i keep saying they, but im referring to the main antagonist) decided to use some silk magic to control people so they would do the killing instead, thus the enemy with silks.

I don't think there'll be a higher frame rate.... It's possible that console ports/PC releases will support 120Hz, but it'll probably just stick to a solid 60.
