I've tried so many pedals. I keep coming back to guitar, chord, amp. If you have the right amp, you don't need dirt pedals. In fact, they are just another source of a headache with faulty connections and added complexity in your rig. A Splawn Quick Rod 50 arrived just yesterday. It has more gain that I could ever want or need. And the clean is nice too. Something like that is all I need. Pedals like this are for amps such as Fenders - the one-trick ponies.

Shawn, what Harmonizer Pedal are you using? I bought the Silktone and it sounds great. I love it as I play in Church and it growls at lower volumes.

It has some great lower gain sounds in it, actually. Most demos just show off the higher gain sounds for some reason.
