@@ImDinoLuke Advantage against most control spells as well as many non-spell effect that try to fuck with the mind is most certainly a good racial,S-tier racial even, and gnome cunning also helps in some non-combat checks as well, early game example would be the necromancy of Thay book. While rock gnome and forest gnome don't get anything else worthwhile, deep gnome gets the superior darkvision and stealth advantage, these with gnome cunning put deep gnome right behind both halflings in the S-tier, I would also put Duergar there with em.

@@Nuinwing Just finished a run with gnome and I can see its viability now. I think deep can probably be A or B for sure. I feel it's only better than other racials if you already have at least medium armor and shield proficiency. If you do though like a fighter for example its a decent buff
