Ok you have to help me here. You know I mentioned on your last video (11Hz) that I am listening to it and will get back to you when a manifestation happens. Now you’ve come with this 12 Hz video. Is this better than 11Hz? Should I change over to listening to this? Thanks for your reply.

Namaste, Really a good question. Understand this first- Alpha frequency varies from 8-13Hz which means that alpha frequency is the result of two different tones. In this video we have used 147Hz tone on the left channel and 155Hz on the right channel. The result of it is(155-147=12Hz) That’s the alpha tone you’re hearing. You can listen to any alpha frequency ranging from 8-13Hz The reason we are coming up with different alpha frequency is for the viewers better experience. You can choose any of these alpha frequency videos which you find calming. Some people prefer 11Hz , some 12Hz and some 9Hz and some people prefer listening to alpha along with natural sounds. Go for it whichever you find blissful. For example in this video, we have added the sound of rain and thunder along with 12Hz alpha- it’s because some people don’t like listening to only Alpha tones, they prefer natural sounds along with these tones. To conclude, if you’re listening to pure 11Hz, You can continue with the one you’re watching. If you like listening to the sound of rain along with alpha you can listen to this.
