I've _just_ been playing through this scene, it brought me here. Personally I first heard the song as an OSU! player some years ago (I've never played Touhou so OSU! maps are as far as my Tohou knowledge goes) and I vaguely remembered it, so I was super confused seeing it pop here of all thing - doubly so realizing it contains a Higurashi reference... What makes it all the funnier is the fact Kanon goes on at length about Jessica practicing guitar and being good at it, and yet - either I'm deaf or there's no guitar in this song? It's great. :DD (It was still cute, though)
