Silver Lake - Traverse City - Michigan - Fishing

I had a great day fishing Silver Lake. The weather was all over the place but I was still able to catch four different species with a couple of big Bass too!!! This is one of my favorite lakes in town but it also sees a ton of traffic making it very hard to fish. I usually stay away from fishing it in July but because the weather was so sketchy it kept people out. I hope you enjoy this video! Thank you sir! Yes ! I love the Jonboat, I literally have almost everything done on my bass boat but I think I might use the Jonboat a few more weeks until after the full moon on that first week of august. I just feel safer maneuvering in tight spots especially at night time, its so stealth, and you can get pretty much anywhere a Kayak can.

Nice smallies. That rock bass looked big wish you would have held it up to see. I am gonna have to try the 1.5 squarebills. I always use the 2.5s. Good stuff. 👍
