sir, suppose we get the silver nanoparticles in the range of the expected wavelength but the absorbance is less; around 0.5 and 0.6. What should we do in that case?

To increase the absorbance of nanoparticles, you can try several approaches: Increase the Concentration: Higher nanoparticle concentration in the solution generally leads to higher absorbance. Optimize Nanoparticle Size: The absorbance of nanoparticles is highly dependent on their size due to the plasmon resonance effect. Smaller or larger nanoparticles may have different absorbance properties, so adjusting the size could enhance the absorbance. Modify the Shape: Nanoparticles come in various shapes, such as spheres, rods, or cubes. Each shape has different optical properties. For instance, elongated shapes can exhibit stronger absorbance due to enhanced plasmonic effects. Surface Modification: Coating nanoparticles with different materials or functionalizing their surfaces can change their interaction with light and enhance absorbance.

You need to have centrifuge it and then a process of filtration and drying exists. It is a common process. Almost every kind of hydrothermal process has these steps.

It's an interesting question, but for the reduction of Ag nanoparticles, no chemical species is used. 2ndly, AgNO3 itself doesn't produce any environmentally hazardous product.
