I have a question The damage numbers in your videos, AE "when a personal shock fails to trigger due to immunity, deal a burst of 25XX.X energy damage", what are they based on? A rank 3 7 star, a rank 5 6 star or...?

Hi DLL. The Psychic Shielding tag doesn't seem to be working for her. Can you confirm? I used Emma and the delirium path in 6.3.1 to test. Works for Red Mags, The Destroyer, Captain Britain, and Juggs but not her.

I don't agree. We actually trended that way for a bit leading up to around Mantis's release, and I think it really hurt the class's relevance. The class is named "skill" because of the skill of the characters, not the person playing the characters. Imo there's not a good design reason that the two should always be tied together.

⁠@@Daddylonglegs93 what do you mean by “skill” of the character? Characters are designed for players to use, so what’s the point of designing a character based on skill but doesn’t translate into the hands of that player. The two should somehow be tied together, not necessarily all the time.

Why? Why should an entire class be harder to play just because of its name? Should it take more force to activate the special button for cosmics because they're stronger? Should you have to chant arcane words to make mystic dispersion work? I don't think that's good design

Just pulled her from a titan. Love her design but she massively lacks damage. Imo she definitely needs a tune up. I like mods ideas to rebalance her.

That's not how this works. Still too early to make that call, for one, and if the data does show she needs a tune-up, that's the balance team. We don't do larger reworks as part of the rebalance program, and that'd be rather presumptive of me when her designer is still here
