Great video, and a huge aesthetic and functional upgrade to your truck! Integrating the bonus features like running light, turn signal, cargo light, power fold, and spot light were a huge part of our R&D process in addition to making sure the quality was up to our standards. Looking forward to seeing your video on how to add power fold to your truck that didn't originally have it using our patented wireless technology!

Nice Mirrors. I made contact with the Manufacturer asking about Blind Spot Warning on the Glass and 360 degree Camera System. Power Folding available December 2022. The CURRENT Mirror does come with the Blind Spot on Glass Warning System, but currently do NOT have 360 degree Camera, they indicated that this is something their development team is going to look into. No idea when all these things will be available.

Those mirrors look great! I was debating on purchasing them for my Silverado. I just put in my order to get them after watching this. I'm curious how the upgraded spot lights will be compared to the factory spot lights.

They will send me a set with that in a month or so. Stay tuned!

That looks Fantastic. I might have to do this 2021 trail boos. I have been using a set of mirrors similar to your clip on's for a while in combo with a back view camera on my RV. Been working great for me. But this upgrade might have to happen.

Another awesome video!!!! Love the mirrors and will definitely have to get a set once the folding ones come out. Man, you keep costing me more money my friend 😆!! Oh yea easy on the “nobody on KZbin” comments 😂, some of us are still there trying to get some likes and subscribers to follow your footsteps...Take care buddy!!!

Ha, what comment was that? Gotta be careful with how I say things. Trying to stay humble lol 😅

I was kidding. It was when you said you got the shirt for your first videos and you were a nobody. I was referring to me and my sons' channel Karlyle Projects we are there now 😆but he enjoys it. BTW, Just watched the next video with the folding option and it is awesome! Quick question is, how will they work if you do have a truck that is optioned out? If you recall from my videos, I have a Sierra Denali, so I have buttons to activate all those options you mention you need to do the secret “down down left left” option to activate. For example the folding option. Thanks for your videos and direction!!

@@karlyle8317 So you have power folding mirrors already? If that’s the case, then it should just be removing the interior panels of the doors and then swapping the mirrors. No wire modding or modules needed if you are not trying to get added features. I had to go this route since I didn’t have that feature from the factory. You probably could just get factory tow mirrors with power folding unless these are cheaper or have a better look. The added features are what sold me for Boost of course.

I do, I like the LED lights and their function. That is a cool look to go along with the bug guard and the light bar in the back. Thanks for the advice!

Thanks for another great video. I do have 2 questions. 1. While these mirrors look awesome, why did you choose these over factory tow mirrors? 2. I didn't hear you mention anything about the cameras. Won't you have to take it in somewhere to get the cameras recalibrated?
@TruckOwnership1012 жыл бұрын
These can add features you didn’t come with at purchase. Factory can’t do that. They also figured out and guide you through all the wiring. My truck didn’t come with 360° cameras. I don’t THINK boost auto supports that yet, but it is on their radar.
@seancoleman5662 Жыл бұрын
Are the factory & Boost auto mirrors the same dimensions
@TruckOwnership101 Жыл бұрын
Pretty darn close if not exact. The mirror portion on Boost have blinkers so they are a part made in house. So their could be minor differences.

Does the top glass shake or wobble when you drive? Bought a pair of OEM tow mirrors but having issues with the top glass shaking. Noticed Boost sells the top glass individually
@TruckOwnership101 Жыл бұрын
The reason they didn’t go with extending mirrors was due to reducing vibration. Not saying you can’t see some at high speeds, but apparently it’s way better at not vibrating then the knock offs and even OEM that do have extensions. Too many moving parts way out their in the wind according to Boost.
@jamesladouce2183 Жыл бұрын
@@TruckOwnership101 gotcha, yeah thought it was interesting. No real complaint other than that. I suppose the tread of the duratracs could be a factor too. Might try their top glass and see if there is any difference

Can you extend these out or are they fixed?
@TruckOwnership1012 жыл бұрын
They are fixed. 50% extended is what they went with. The objective was to have the least amount of vibration compared to factory or other aftermarket brands.
@ozzy37462 жыл бұрын
why didn't you just get oem tow mirrors??? they look the same and price is probably the same
@Nate-pr7he2 жыл бұрын
I can't speak for the owner of the channel but the factory options don't have all the same features as the Boost Auto Parts. I looked into OEM and would have to give up the blind spot monitoring on my truck to get the tow mirrors. This one allows you to keep it with Blind spot Monitoring.
@mattdagger14802 жыл бұрын
I still can’t get past the look of the mirrors. The ugliest tow mirrors out right now sadly. Not just these all of the gm lookalikes. Just not attractive to me at all They could have had such a better look to them and done something different vs oem. I just think it was a huge missed opportunity because most people I speak to hate the look of the oem ones that these copy. 💔💔 still waiting for a set I like 💔
