@@VInitative97 as an audio engineer the ‘obvious’ issue to me is Moe’s microphone setup or the gain staging. You can’t see the mic, so we know it’s far away from his face. Which means he’s either using an internal laptop mic (low quality) or he’s got another type of microphone way too far away from his face, and using high gain to compensate. It’s causing phasing issues where his voice is masked by the noise in the signal chain. I suppose to an untrained ear it’s “fine” but not really, you have to strain to hear Moe talk and it’s like nails on a chalkboard.

All you have to do is look at the TD pass to Tucker in the last game... O'Connell escaped the pocket (which he can't do!?), rolled out, reset his feet, and hit Tucker in the corner of the end zone with a gem of a pass, with pressure in his face. It was absolutely a top level NFL starter play - they'd still be replaying it now if Mahomes had made it.

The Raiders played a tougher schedule than CJ Stroud. I believe the comparison was between CJ Stoud's first 18 or 19 games, and Aidan's first 18 or 19 games. As you said, CJ Stroud had an easier schedule last year when he played most of his 18 or 19 games, it took Aidan 2 years to get those 18 or 19 games because of dumb decisions by management, and Aidan comes out ahead. Some people are just so biased that they can't see what is right in front of them.

According to Sharp Football analysis the Raider's strength of schedule was tougher than the Texas and most other websites I saw said the same. Enough with the nonsense that the Raiders had it easier. Texans had an easier schedule, better coaching staff, and better team. Just say I like a qb that can run fast and enough with the excuses. You guys were wrong about AOC. AOC “Big game” he threw 248 yards and was 58 percent and 4 TD. Don't act like that was padded numbers

Personally I don't see how AP would return next season. Raiders melted in 2024 compared to the 8-9 team who blew the doors of the Chargers this time last year. Raiders went from sweeping Denver to getting swept by Denver. Raiders were also undefeated at home on Monday Night until the Falcons game

The argument about O'Connell not "winning" the starting job this season is an absolute fallacy, because NFL GMs and coaches are just as biased against late round picks as you are. if Aiden was the EXACT SAME player, but had been selected in the first two rounds then he would have started this season, no question. NFL professionals are constantly judged against what has been invested in them... if you "invest" a valuable pick in a player then they get every possible chance to prove you correct... which is why total bust 1st round picks keep getting chance after chance, but later round picks are lucky if they get one shot to start - "talent" should be the only criteria, but we all know it's not. In this case, the staff "invested" significant money in Minshew, so he was always going to be given the first shot to prove it was a wise decision. If Trey Lance panned out in SF then Brock Purdy (now a proven play-off QB) would never have been given a chance to start... but at least when the 49ers see they've found a late round gem, they're not so short-sighted that they keep constantly trying to replace him.

JJ a first RD QB is better than Aiden a 4rd QB so yes Telesco getting a top QB in draft from last season with bad knee injury in 2024. It all depends on how his knee heals. it's a chance Telesco Raiders will have to figure out. If Raiders get beat by Chargers Raiders could move up draft to n#3 draft pick. Sanders would be healthy probably would be a better choice since Raiders Oline is young not good to protect a pocket passer like Aiden. If Viking want our first pick and Aiden for JJ it would be good for Raiders since JJ will play a lot more on Raiders than Viking since Sam Darnold is playing great. Viking would be good for Aiden since that's a back up position more than Raiders looking for a starting QB and they have Ridder who has more potential on Raiders to Start and back up than Aiden in the Raiders Oline get QB's injrt if they are slow like Aiden. Raiders could start JJ and Ridder would be his back up and Minshew would be the 3rd QB still on contract to develop JJ and Ridder we could still play if Ridder not developed enough who has experience has starter if JJ or Ridder is not ready. We know Telesco has to do a QB move for next season Aiden won't last 6 games like Minshew before messing up or injury.

Zach Wilson was picked in the 1st round and Brock Purdy was picked in the 7th round... so Wilson is better than Purdy?!? Also, Sanders is a pocket passer who holds onto the ball far longer than O'Connell does - he'd get killed behind our line even more than Aiden.

I forgot why Purdy was the last pick but their was some problems why he dropped in the draft to last pick. But at one time in College before the draft he was a top QB before he dropped. Not sure about Zach Wilson it could be many reasons why he under achieved in NFL it happens. I watched the Chargers vrs Raiders game Sunday. I agree Aiden a 4th RD pick is better now than his draft status. But in the AFC West Kanas City has McHomes , Chargers has Justin Patrick Herbert , Broncos Quarterback Bo Nix they all have better Coaches and are starting great QB's better than Raiders AP with Aiden. If AP is sold on Aiden they will stay a last place team. Telesco will have to draft a rookie QB to start because you clearly send Aiden can't escape the defense pass rush. That means Aiden will only last 2 games because he will get injury. If Telesco don't get Sanders he might get top receiver then next RD get a Top rookie QB Jalen Milroe out of Alabama.

Hendon Hooker? He's done nothing! He's a 3rd round pick with 2 years less on his rookie deal... he can't be worth more than a 5th right now. Aiden is no longer "a 4th round pick" - that definition is now irrelevant and done (just like Purdy was a 7th round pick). Aiden O'Connell is now a QB who has PROVEN he can win games in the NFL - his value has gone up not down. I wouldn't trade O'Connell for Hooker if THEY threw in a 3rd rounder!
