​@@SuperOmnicronsj44 This is why id like to trade down if possible. Grab an extra 2nd or 3rd round pick. We can grab a qb in the 1st or 2nd round. And really get some fresh bodies in the positions that need it most RT, RG, CB, RB, LB. Its a DEEP OL draft class so its possible to get a couple starters in the mid rounds

Most people seem to be ok with drafting college Centers to play Guard in the NFL, so I'd definitely have Jackson Powers-Johnson at the top of my list of IOL players, with Zach Frazier a little further down. They could then replace James in a year or two.

If we miss out on daniels and penix, which every day that passes by, seems more and more likley, id be looking to trade down. This is a deep OL draft class. We can probably grab zinter AND haynes in day 2. I think its IMPORTANT for the raider to geab IMMEDIATE contributors considering the broncos and chargers are restarting, and the chiefs just lost their best WR and best CB. We are in a good position to really take over this division with an ELITE defense, and potent run game.

What about Jackson Powers Johnson? Would you draft him at 13 to play Guard? I don't see him making it past Pick 20.

Hard to justify dracting a gaurd in the top 15-20 picks, but JPJ will almost certainly be a good / great starter for the next 10yrs. His film looks pro ready and hes a bully.

I just want us to draft a TRUE RT that actually played that position in college. Not a guy that played LT and they try to convert him. A sleeper I like at RT is Blake Fischer from Notre Dame.He will be say 2 or 3 guy

Giants trading up to #4 for a QB would really annoy the Vikings! They'd be sitting there with their extra 1st and there's be no one to trade up for!

It is exhausting. But losses and near misses and losing 3-0 vs the vikings means a LOT of simulations , false hopes and real realities. Its the best of times but worse.

Yes Telesco mentioned Munford at T/G .. but it's not impossible we might take Penix #13 ... if they really like a Guard like Cooper Beebe, pluck him at #44 & put Munford at RT. .. Or target a CB #44 ... get a guard #77. ....... Or Penix #13 - Tackle drops you like at #44 or trade up from #44 to get a tackle you like that's falling & move Munford to guard. .. I know some may scoff at the idea of Penix at #13 .. but I say this, .. if we don't end up with 1 of the top 6 QB's .. Telesco has failed. .. Noooooo to Rattler in the 3rd.

So if we take a top 6 QB and he's a total bust, then Telesco has succeeded?? For me, Telesco simply has to identify a QB with likely top 10 potential, whether that's QB5 in R1 or QB9 in R4 in this class, or a QB in a future draft. What is most important is not reaching for a bad QB and not wasting pick 13 on a QB with a very small chance of success, when we are desperate for elite talent at corner or on the OL.

Telesco picks the players, AP tells him what he likes, but if you let the coach make every decision, you end up like we have for the last 6 years. Just an egomaniac in charge of player personnel with the most valuable picks flushing them down the drain
