How did that huge voice come out of him. He was my teenage idol and his old songs still give me goose bumps. Ana's song especially. 🙌
@pelicanphuucker4life2 жыл бұрын
Neon Ballroom is their best album! I'd been a fan since Frogstomp buuuuut by the time Neon Ballroom came out you didn't have to be embarrassed to be a silverchair fan. The Young Modern album with Straight Lines was a trashcan departure from their established sound up to that point in time BUT I for one especially enjoyed it when it came out in '07/'08ish or whenever....I was listening to a lot of fiction plane and army of me and Black Joe Lewis and different alternative stuff and it fit right in! Emotion Sickness and Miss you Love are probably still my two favorites with Shade and Suicidal Dream coming in close for second!

I especially like it that people were jumping and interacting with the music played, instead of filming and staring at they're phones while doing it. A special time that shows you, why cellphones still suck.

1999: when I was 14 waiting waiting for 1999 to be over, dreaming of a better world from 2000 on... 2001 when I was almost 16, leaving home, family and friends from the Italian part of Switzerland to the German part of Switzerland and seeing in the TV the Towers get down in 2001... the dream of a better world was soon destroyed... This song was there to help us get thourgh this... 2022: More actual than ever: Politician making war, illness and high prices... this song should be still played in the radio and being known by most of people...

I had a chance to see them during this tour and could not make it. I kick myself still. Even if they reformed, Daniel no longer has the grunge & edge in him, like he had before. They were in they're 20's, full of piss and vinegar. As a former bass player in a loud rock band myself, you can't go back in time. I understand this too. Musicians change. He's gone Bowie, which is not a problem. But sadly for people who hope for a reunion to recapture this feeling it will never return. Diorama, you could start seeing the musical shift happening. It sucks, like a comment said below, I'm in my 40's now LOL!! and miss this time in my life so much! Thank god we have footage. If your a old skool Silverhchair fan like me....-stone cold steve austin style-.....give me a hell yeeeaah!

The soul of the artist an absolute who cant wait the action of the others, He create the tidal waves. Born in a famillily where everyone are activated animated cultivated.....the eternal springs of the free electrons exist in here, You live into the cosmic art of this universe, then when you go outside this, abruptly you can find so much of depravated lazyness and cold rich coward who only pumps every forces, and Never They will invest a penny into the civilization. Decadency of a crown with his cherished blinded. How do we process the changes ?
