Dans so sort of meek and shy and humble in interviews yet on stage his whole persona changes.. and his voice turns heavy. Its very interesting.

I found out about Silverchair by 2000, back to Neon Ballroom era. They already were pretty different from the kids from 1995 and the band still would change a lot. But seeing these pictures, I can understand why so many fans miss these days. Sure they'd grown up and would not be the same forever, but it has some nostalgia about the whole thing. Anyway, as a fan, I admire evey moment from John's career, I'm thankful for all his music and just hope he's ok now.

@MikeCarvin2 жыл бұрын
Y encima Frogstomp es básicamente una fantástica síntesis de los 4 grandes de Seattle. Increíble considerando que eran adolecentes cuando lanzaron este discazo.

WOW I am shocked. This is unbelievable quality, holy hell I can across heart the bag miss perfectly with my earphones. This bad line is Viktor muted in the AcD unfortunately. I didn't knee it e such a cool bassline. I was so wrong to think it followed the guitar only. THANKS FOR THIS UPLOAD!

Tymon the Łajza at least you grew up when rock music was mainstream.
@nikczemna_symulakra5 жыл бұрын
@@Dwolfmusic You're kind of right.. Still remember how music televisions and magazines (not to mention all the grunge teens around) were bewailing Cobain's death. And it was truly the no1 subject EVERYWHERE. Rock and everything about it was filling everyone's heart up😏 But in the same time there was lots of shitty masqueraders with the idea - three chords and neglectful appearance can transform you into god of rock. A little later in nineties, people like Corgan, Reznor, Marilyn Manson etc. referred to that matter multiple times🙄
@Dwolfmusic5 жыл бұрын
Tymon the Łajza true but there will always be posers. I’m 21 now and i kinda grew up in the “nu metal” era, which i never liked. I was and still am into bands that were in their peak before i was even born, so i never really experienced any “rock-revolution” and probably never will. No Nirvana , no Beatles, no Rolling stones for this guy ;(
@nikczemna_symulakra5 жыл бұрын
@@Dwolfmusic I really want to believe the best is still yet to come🙄 -but i soberly doubt it- Funny thing is lots of people [myself included😎] feel connected to the music decade they never belonged to or were too small to appreciate. Still not sure what is generating that type of nostalgia.. But if you'd ask me -- music of the 80's (especially those European-based sounds, where you can tangibly feel the burden of the communism and demanding for freedom) is the closest to my ears and heart; even though the biggest things for me back then were Cyndi Lauper's haircut or some other pop sh!ts. But you surely know what i mean😁

Damn, Daniel Johns defaced a now classic Ibanez Steve Vai JEM Floral by swapping the neck with some junky strat knock off. Sacrelige man.

@stephenrutherford84894 жыл бұрын
Pretty sure it was a real JEM. I've seen a pic of it before the strat neck was installed. Had the tree of life inlay on the original neck. This guitar also had the floyd rose bridge replaced with a tuneomatic bridge.

His first guitar was an Rock Axe Stratocaster. I guess he was use to play strats necks, and thats why he replaced the Ibanez wizard neck
