So cool to see those adults listening and watching to 15 year olds!🙌🏻 Silverchair...they were beyond their years!💯 Loved them since Frogstomp to Young Modern... the evolution were just SUPERB.
@Defensive_Wounds2 жыл бұрын
I have loved them since I bought their first E.P with the original version of this song on it (different to the Frogstomp version) and Blind, Stoned, Acid Rain. It said 'silverchair - formerly Innocent Criminals' on the CD cover art! I still have it. The CD is blank on it, no graphics. It is real.

When we heard them play in the RAAF hangers in Dubbo the drumming sounded explosive, amazing, and I was an oldie taking twelve year olds there , really impressed, about 1997 or 1998

This was the first ever Silverchair song that I heard from a rock radio station way back 1995 at age 15. Followed by Israel's Son, Pure Massacre and Faultline that led me to become an Audioslave or totally addicted to countless songs from different 90s rock bands. Big thanks to NU 107 Davao.🤘😉

Imagine being there for this, and not caring whether the whole world knew about it. Imagine it just being a thing you shared with the other people who were there. A thing unique to you and the band and some strangers. And then it was over and you just talked about it with people for years instead of posting about it and waiting for likes

Daniel Johns says he hates playing this song and doesn’t like it. Basically he thinks it was an immature song that a 15 year old wrote and he wants to get away from it. It’s why after like 1997 they stopped playing it live.
@StudioMod Жыл бұрын
Yeah and he's crazy for that because it's one of the best songs ever created. It's much higher brow then he intended and he's looking at it from a subjective standpoint perspective.
