Hey Amy & Eric. A large home. Nice elevation. Oh wow. That is a large 1st floor bedroom with the bathroom right there. Flex space nice. Big laundry 🧺 room. Yess. Cabinetry & sink needed. Love the mid home stair placement VS the front as soon as you walk in. Yes the kitchen cabinet is unique. Almost like a caramel. Big breakfast nook and living room. Amazing covered lanai , kitchen, backyard. Just gotta add the pool. Spacious primary. Lovely en-suite. Yess Amy. Like this privacy peekaboo shower. My body no longer display worthy 😂. Large soft. 2 good size bedrooms & bath. Love those high windows as well. Can getaway without putting curtains or blinds as well as utilizing that wall. Lovely home. Thanks so much🤗

"Grande" is GREAT with its flexible 1-2 story option! Looks like there are a lot of options available to make the house your own. Gotta love the big porch! Fun home! Thank you for the tour! So helpful to see it and hear your thoughts. :)
