Thanks! I was looking for some Felisa deck ideas, Brina was a fun concept and made for a VERY political deck which creates some cool dynamics but not really my playstyle - I also find Brina becomes pretty lacklustre once you're down to a 1v1. Her ability then does nothing and you're out of other opponents to redirect focus to. I like to make EDH decks that can still function when you're down to the last opponent and don't rely too heavily on the multiplayer format (without totally ignoring it of course) so Felisa immediately jumped out at me as number of opponents isn't really relevant to her gameplan. Funny, black white used to be my least used colour combination back in the day, it's slowly made its way to possibly my most used over the last couple years.

I'm replacing Breena with Shadrix, he can still politic, and can use more of the out of box 99. Throwing in some anti enemy things to blow up any inking opponents get and buffing mine.

There are a lot of options for +1/+1 counter commanders but believe it or not this is the first B/W one - I think it'll make for an interesting spin on being both a counters deck and an aristocrats deck

Krav and Regna can also be an effective Orzhov Aristocrats/ +1+1 Counters deck... it’s pretty high on the mana value but it’s very powerful

cool deck! butt i think you missed one really powerfull budget card - Dread horde invasion , it puts a 1/1 counter each turn and gives you a repetable sacrifice target. I would personally go even further into aristocrats since there is a few vampire's that sac a creature to put a +1/1 on them and Felisa is a vampire.

And maybe use other black amass cards as sac targets. Probably not the most competative but for sure unique aristocrats build.
