Silvers don’t come with pillow ball mounts without upgrading?

They don't, its an upgrade and well worth it. IMHO.

Do you have to order the reinforcement plates separately?

If you're talking about the pillowball mounts, yes they are additional cost (Recommend for Track cars, not so much street). You can talk to Silvers when you go to order and they can add that onto your build. If thats not the reinforcement plate you're speaking of, I'm not sure what plate you're referencing.
