Performance looks decent and so it's its size footprint for a daul tower. Damn shame it doesn't have a frosted black coating. Cheers Michael.

I am against any plate between the pipes and the CPU, direct contact is always better, and what really counts is the number of pipes (6 is awesome), also that thermal grease is cheap, MX4 is better, great video as always

If it performs well (and you like RGB) then I dont think 40-odd quid is too much to ask for a twin tower cooler, especially if you get 2 fans with it. Sounds like its a decent performer so I think the cost is warranted in my opinion. Thanks for the great video 🙂

This is nice. I have the esports duo on my sons 3600xt, and it works great but aesthetically he would prefer this! When we move ill be redesigning his build, and maybe can use that cpu cooler in place.

Dam just got a hyper 212 black to replace the standard stock cooler in my 2nd pc 🙄 very good video thou mike thanks for reviewing 🙂 a nice looking cooler, think it would of looked better in black thou 🤔 kinda bummed I went with the hyper 212 now 😭

This looks like a nice cooler, but after some research, the lower price I found was 110$ with shipping from italy. Which put it in direct competition with the nh-d15 at 109$ cad plus tax and 2 days shipping.. Too bad it is not easily obtained over here.... 😕

the esports duo will brute force the temps with the high RPM fans but interesting to see how they would compare side by side, i would imagine like most tower coolers these days there won't be a huge difference and the freezer is a pain to install the clips and mounting hardware

I got some awesome Silverstone FN123 fans in my PC. They're only 15mm and great performance. Btw there is water in the heatpipes, a very minute amount Mike, go watch Gamers Nexux video about their trip to the CoolerMaster factory. 😜

yes that would work the kessho has a 5v argb so you can daisy chain it into the loop

IMO, these types of coolers: dual fan or dual cooling tower are a bit on the gimicky side and for their higher cost, you are not getting reciprocal increase in performance. The bigger gimick of the 2 is the "push/pull"configuration of 2 fans on a single tower. Believe every test I have come across, notes the added "pull" fan, provides negligible decrease in temps. In using this unit for comparision, I think the way to go is 1) the bigger the fan, the better; 2) look for a SINGLE cooling tower that has more area than these 2 smallish looking ones, in other words, a tower that is wider, thicker and higher, thus increasing the surface area that can absorb the heat from the CPU and then be displaced by a single fan. I also think that if one is considering this kind of unit, might as well just get a 240mm or up AIO if it can fit the case, instead. Just my opinion.
