My center console had mint leather but the frame was cracked and broken all over. What I did was get a center console from the junk yard that was fully intact, removed the vinyl and kept the frame. I then removed the leather from the original and installed it onto the new fully intact frame.

@@chacebarnes01 it turned out great! It just takes some time and patience. I used a rubber cement that was an overkill to glue the new one on, and there was NO room for error. Thankfully I had help to get it on right. If you’re doing this on your own I recommend using something with a little wiggle room to make adjustments. You can do it! Good luck man!
