My guess on that is that Margaery isn’t politically relevant anymore... Sansa is concerned with Daenerys, Cersei, and the northerners, so those people are who she consciously or unconsciously adapts to. Maybe.

Try tying back your hair as a half ponytail first to keep it back tight, then braid the hair tail and tightly coil and pin it into a bun.

Every time I see a Sansa new hairstyle I'm reminded of you. Didn't she have dutch braids in season 1? According to the actress who plays her, Sansa's stopped copying people around her and has created her own style. She's now the one who inspires others.

The styles themselves aren’t copies, but there are definitely still elements drawn from other people that she combines into her own style (just like her leadership style is an amalgamation of everything she’s learned from others)

Shouldn't be too hard to do! Simply tie back half your hair, braid it, and tightly coil and pin it into a bun back there.

Do you have any tips on how to make the small dutch braids on the sides of the face look nice? Especially for wispy blond hair.

Deinareia not 100% what for tips you are looking for since you do not really explain what happens when you braid, but try wet or toweldry hair. A little hair gel or mouse works as well. Do make sure you do not get residu from the gel. This will make your hair look dirty. BTW I sometimes rebraided several times to make it look to my liking. A lot of practice helps as well.

I felt the same way when I began doing these tutorials (and I'm still not perfect) but I've gotten a lot better with practice. Also, you can always modify her hairstyles to make them easier. For example, if you can't do rope braids, make all the braids English (or vice versa). Or if you can't do lace braids, replace it with a kind you can do. I hope this helps!

I think we can safely say Sansa did Not draw inspiration from Dany's hair, she was wearing her hair like this before she met her AND she definitely never trusted her, when the trailer aired I always thought that part of her hair was inspired by her mom.
