Resist dropping off throttle and turning the wheel too hard. Brake with full throttle on. Roll in with as little throttle release as possible and find neutral throttle with no new inputs. You’ll save tires and gain apex speed and the exit becomes smooth as you transition back to full throttle. Only raced the oval once. Watched many races there. It seemed gigantic coming from the 1/4 mile oval in Wetaskiwin.
