I like making the sideshow games easy to win, that way guests don't feel cheated. It also raises happiness levels which means winning more golden tickets.

The tycoon aspect of this game was really bad but the parks looked amazing. I love the one with the garden theme. with the giant tree ride and the picnic stuff llol. I used to spend hours just walking around the park in the guest camera mode.

I loved like putting one ride and like one bathroom and then make it like extremely difficult for people to walk around the park. Raising the ticket prices as high as they could. Just being mean and evil 😈 The nostalgia tho.

The last time I played the entertainers continually went on strike even with staff rooms, decent-sized patrol routes, and max pay/training. I haven't seen any solution anywhere to make them happy. All the advisor says is you need to improve conditions but nothing specific.

I played Theme Park World on the PC when I was younger. I was only ever able to play the first world, however, because a bug in my copy (or maybe it was my family's computer's fault) that would crash the game whenever I tried to unlock world 2.

You can play it on emulators like epsxe. Try watching how to set it up here on youtube! And, epsxe is capable of gameshark cheat codes. That'd would be fun if you try but I recommend not.

Here to vent because for whatever reason this is the one PS1 Classic that I can't find some kind of way to play on my PS Vita. (Inb4 soft modding it, I know I know.) I have good memories playing this BUT the biggest nostalgia comes from the game just called Theme Park also on PS1. Same developers as that Theme Hospital which I recently found is not nearly as fun. Unfortunately the hospital one is on PSN and not Theme Park. Ah well.

Does anyone remember playing a similar game to this one; except the graphics were grainy, and it was just a completely different Theme Park game? I used to play a game, you are a boy who is put in charge of building a theme park (presumably, as shown in cutscenes); you can ride the rides once you make them even! But the text was very difficult to read. And the Game Over screen (when you went bankrupt for too long) was... disturbing, from what I remember. I am not sure if I was playing a legitimate game anymore; I can find nothing about that game...

Update: I JUST FOUND IT Y'ALL!!! The game I was talking about DOES exist!! (If you grew up playing this one instead, then you got a much better quality game... The graphics on the other one were bad even for the time; it was like Willy Wonka, abducting a family so the kid could run the theme park; nearly illegible text, disturbing game over screen (you see his reflection as he jumps out a window, with death march music playing)... But it was pretty cool that you could actually ride your own rides tho!)
