I don't use many cars with ABS (or iRacing) so use simhub to add an effect when the wheels lock. Gives the same cue, ease off the brakes. Incredibly effective for threshold/controlled braking. I have the rev limiter going to the throttle pedal, That's my cue to change gear...

You can do that through simhub?!?! Set the haptic for rev limiter and wheel lock

@@NuttyTY0 sure can. I have pedal feedback on the throttle at idle and at the top of the rev range. If you are member of racedepartment I have posted screenshots of my settings there. A forum search for p1000 should bring em up.

They are a tempting pedal set, each time i'm looking for options they come up again and again, yet i wouldn't want to be disappointed with them as i was/am with the Mini Alpha base. The base was quoted as "forever wheel base" by some people but it's definitely not in terms of feedback strength. Wouldn't want the same from their pedals, yet i suppose they are a lesser functioning item in terms of the job.

The newer alpha mini bases seem to be closer to the states 10nm where the earlier versions said they were 10nm but we're really more like 13nm

A 10nm base is more than enough, that's the constant torque rating, in peaks they can deliver a bit more. There are real gt3 drivers who have chimed in and said that 20nm is way to much 12 is right where the real race cars are

As cool as the Haptic reactors look, I think they are not worth what Sim Magic is asking for them. For more or less the same amount you can get a Dayton Audio bundle with 2 tactile transducers that are more than enough to cover the same purpose. Now the hydro brake sounds like an interesting concept. As always great video and very informative.

The fanatec clubsport V3 pedal has vibration motor as well which one is better between V3 and this pedal ? The vibration motor in both pedal is same or one better than other? I don't know what to choose between those two pedals

When you choose pedals, never choose Fanatec pedals. I had the V3 2 times and they're not worth the money. Weak loadcell and the vibration motors are so weak too, you can't really feel them. The technology behind Fanatec V3 is over 10 years old and they're selling it for the price of brand new technology.

Is it worth to take p1000 without hydraulic brake ? Is it must have thing ? Which feel better when braking with or without hydraulic brake?

That set P1000 3 pedal set + Hydraulic kit + 1 haptic motor and its power supply its more than 719$ everywhere. Where have you seen that price?

The p1000 with the kit is just as good as the p2000, if not better and at a cheaper price point.

They already have an option for the P2000 and they can be used through simhub with other pedals, you'd just have to make a mount for non simagic pedals.

Which pedal is the better choice p1000 or p1000i which is the more realistic?

Both are realistic. Not all race cars use the same pedal configuration. Most road cars have the clutch and brake inverted and the gas is normal. It really comes down to your preference and what you want.

These work with the p2000s? I thought they were just for the p1000?

They work on any pedal set through simhub. You'd have to get the new P2000 control module. If you have a different pedal set, you'd have to make a mount adapter for them.

Very confused, so this is only effective in cars with tc and abs? But then there was a throw away line near the end about older cars in AC w/o tc?!? There’s no haptic feedback for say an iracing f1600 in the rain?

Right, in iRacing, for ABS and TC feedback from the haptics, the cars need to have an ABS and TC system to feel it

What do you think about putting Simagic haptic for the brakes on CSL V2 pedals instead of getting P1000? Save myself AUD$500 by doing this. I don't have either yet.

You can do that too. I've seen people put the haptics on other pedal sets. But you do need to get the P2000 control box and power supply to do that.
