Hyenas have a bite force strong enough do break bone easily and they can run fast for miles without stopping or getting tired and. There can be like over 80 of them in a pack. They eat their prey alive in the most painful way too.

Scorpions are _amazing_ creatures! I just learned that not only do they hold their breath on a regular basis - they can do it for up to 10 days! And the reason they even do it in the first place, is to make sure they _don't_ breathe in too much oxygen - which it turns out damages their cells and can actually kill them. Man the more I learn the more fascinating they get! :)

I'm sorry, but I _hate_ the "king of the jungle" label that Lions have. For one very good reason. _Lions don't live in bloody jungles!_ They live in the African savanna, which is _grassland_ . It's why they are beige coloured - to blend in with the beige grass. They wouldn't last five minutes in an actual jungle where it's mostly green and _way_ thicker undergrowth. They'd get folded by something almost immediately!!

Orcas bite force isn't actually tested yet, its an estimate, and if we are talking about estimates a sperm whale is estimated around 33000 psi. But the calculations are all different so we dont actually know for sure

No they can't. The record for a sloth is 40 minutes. For mammals, the record is 2 hours and 17 minutes and it's held by the Curvier beaked whale (it broke the record in 2014). For non-mammals the Loggerhead sea turtle holds the record for the longest dive, staying underwater for over 10 hours (although when resting sea turtles can stay underwater for days). Scorpions are also record-holders in their own way, able to hold their breath for up to 6 days. Fascinatingly enough, it's now believed they do this to _avoid_ breathing in too much oxygen - which damages their cells - whilst ensuring they still breathe out as much carbon dioxide as possible.

Don't feel sorry for gorillas and other animals in a zoo. They're taken very good care of, and it's safer in there than out in the wild, because most of the best animals in a zoo are endangered, mostly from poaching and habitat loss. So we're doing them a solid by letting them live much longer in zoos.

Also, African Wild Dogs are an actual species, not just stray dogs that live on their own away from humans. And you could never introduce a stray dog into an African Wild Dog pack. They'd tear him apart for stepping on their turf.

Nobody hunts elephant for sport. They used to, but it's illegal now. The African tribes in the area will eat the elephant if a poacher kills one, but that's ending too. It's not cost effective anymore.
