For additional mods
Main mod file should be in the data folder and mod script file should be in the Data packages folder.
When you'll put all the mod file in data and data packages folder then you'll have to claim a new city, save it, quit the game and then resume that city.
And if you want an existing city then you just have to resume that city.

How do you make a road connecting to another building in the sky?

Broo... Its SimCity 5 but its cities of tomorrow version. In this you can make futuristic roads, building, parks and supplies. Those high buildings are megatowers and they contain a skybridge station through which we can connect those building with roads in the sky. I have uploaded one more video on future city you can watch that.
