put the omegaco down wind and it wont effect your city

Yes. You can put the factories downwind but you still have Omega being spread through the city. Omega is unhealthy. The residents consume it and become sick. Click the advisor and he'll say that it's an unhealthy product.

It's good for the city overall but it's not necessary for Omega
