Just wanted to stop by and say thank you so much for this series. I have been following each city with you and building it with you. I have learned so much and made this game so much fun for me. I am going to finish it out the series with you and super excited about this city and the tourism one. That one has got to be a really fun one. Thanks again!!!

I will say, back when I was playing simcity everyday many years ago, I knew the exact monetary value for high density streets to compactly fit towers next to each other...... But now I've figured out that you need to go just a breath beyond where the two stacked tall tree rows allow a road, to make them super compact and "pack those sardines, Oh ummmm I means Sims" in as tight as possible.

Imagine if SC 13k has the same mod availability and functionality with Cities Skyline, even though it has small buildable area Im pretty sure the mods would still keep the community alive
@UseroneGaming10 ай бұрын
I think one of the first mods was to expand playable area, but it was buggy.

One cool thing to add a little extra character and fill things in nicely is adding full density trees to all the unused real estate. Its free too~

I think population cities are pretty cool! (Does it satisfy anyone else when he uses the square zoning on the grid?)

how come I can't stack tall tree rows with each other like you did in 2:11?
@BasementLetsPlay11 ай бұрын
You have to go into the park sub menu. It's like adding a little optional thing to an existing building, like a flag to a fire department

when you raised the camera @5:35 i realized that i would vote you out of city office dropping an 8 lane highway to 6 just for some houses.... i'm trying to get to work

I have 2 questions I can’t seem to find answers too if you could help me out, 1. I can never get a park to snap to another park, if this is a mod can you point me in the right direction. 2. There’s so much stuff to use in this game and they all take a lot of space, like if I wanted to mine everything and refine everything that’s pretty much my whole board, I saw your series with the different cities. Does that do anything for the other cities such as if I mine ore in one will it be cheaper to buy for the rest and will pollution flow to another city like how do they effect each other or am h locked to my one city practically. Sorry new player and I enjoy the game a lot besides the hate .
@BasementLetsPlay2 жыл бұрын
Hi there! To snap a park to a park you have to click on the existing park and add it like you would add an add on or modular part to any other building. As for cities affecting other cities, you can send resources as a gift from one city to another such as coal or gasoline or you can play online and the market prices for different resources change as supply and demand go up-and-down.

@@BasementLetsPlay for some reason my version dosnt have snap points on parks :/ not sure why. ive been trying to get my spacing down with road costs but kinda finicky at times. okay the resource part sounds really interesting and opens me up to some expansion ideas. thank you so much for the quick response!!! love the content btw

Hi can you tell me please why you build only alloy recycling building? Sims can produce plastic and metal waste what is the point? Yours 6x recycling alloy buildings will process very quickly all alloy and recycling center will be put on hold for rest of day. When from other hand 2x (metal, plastic, alloy) can process longer and recycling more waste and provide more money.

Loving your videos. Cool channel. Was wondering for this city your high population city, if you can reach 500,000 sims with high land value and high density city.?
@BasementLetsPlay3 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the idea! I want to try a city with more high and medium wealth soon, but I doubt I can achieve 500k without resorting to lots and lots of low wealth.
