The blocks I ordered online were junk. I modified them but wish I had solid blocks that would provide 3" of hieght. The blocks I bought looked similar to an ibeam, center had a vertical piece of 1/4" plate and was wrapped all around with the same plate. I added 2 more vertical 1/4" plates to help truck support more weight. Watch for the over spray on trailer, never mind go ahead. LOL

I make some other block designs. I want to make a video on them too. All cut with pinion angles in them and all that good stuff.

With a 1inch block, the shop said I'd be fine with axle wrap. I have a constant load of 250 lbs on the rear. Will a leaf pack be better?

I find that you can do about 2-2.5" without any real issues with axle wrap....however you can try trac bars if it becomes an issue

Don’t most lift blocks have a slight angle to adjust and fix the pinion angles if it’s for a truck rear axle?

yes anything we make over 1.5" needs a pinion angle adjustment.
