Loading & unloading the plates for deadlift is a workout in itself. Then there's the risk of injury to the lower back, bicep tears etc. It's a great exercise, but the risk-reward isn't worth it to me. For back I much prefer pull ups & rows

Great interview Personal opinion; Gabriel could let his questions breathe more. He will ask the question, give an example and speak on it/slightly change his question. I think he needs to trust his questions and leave it without the example, because he was asking some quality questions.

curious case with Simeon. He adamantly denies ever doing roids, but guys online adamantly claim he has. I'm 50/50. I've grown up with genetic freaks, but they're moreso built like Chiso. The droop on Simeon's pecs look a bit questionable to me (no homo if necessary)

I noticed the passive aggression Simeon displayed when Gabriel steered the convo to him not being Natty jokingly…He obviously isn’t Natty and that’s fine but not sure what he is gaining by keeping up the pretence considering the entire fitness and body building community do not believe his claims.. plus he doesn’t compete so he wouldn’t loose any fans if he was to just come out and tell the truth…regardless he has worked EXTREMELY hard to maintain this physique year round which a lot of the feeble guys online that consistently diss him could never achieve even in their wildest dreams. performance enhancing drugs aren’t tubes of compound V ..you can’t just take it and get Simeon’s physique it takes hours in the gym grafting to get this physique over months upon months. I just hope one day he just comes clean like a lot of fitness influencers have been doing recently so that the younger generation of impressionable men can have realistic expectations plus it must be draining to his mental health to have to lie the way he does when the topic is brought up..and get soo heated like how he did when Gabriel bantered him. Either way big him up as he has inspired many young men to work on self improvement 💙

I just always seem serious when I talk about it, because for me it is a serious subject. But I can see why it would because it discredits the effort one has put in to build shape, and suggests one took a shortcut or substance. It’s beyond me I ain’t trying to make it for me. I got 100s of family members who relied on me via my mum. I don’t ever want to let them down. I am the lucky one who made it to England. So some of them look at my family here who raised me like “why him?” And not them. But I just want to give them the opportunities I have had and more. So they can help their kids etc. I don’t really care about most things people care about. But family for me even the ones who annoy me are everything.
