My ex girlfriend cheated on me 4 months ago... I was bored as hell and felt soo bad about myself, but this corona time helps me to work on myself. Simeon motivated me to work hard, his videos are blessed with many tips and tricks and helped me to eat clean and train hard. Simeon is the only fitness icons who shares his experiences with us, and thank him for that. I also took diet from website called Dietarize and they provided me meal and home workout plan. I followed their diet for building muscle, and trained 3 times per week. I gained 20lbs of lean muscle. Thank you Simeon

Squats are my favourite exercise but I know my technique is only 80% there. This is most well rounded squat video I've seen, I know it's going to help me get that other 20% locked in. Much appreciated Simeon!

Need this tutorial! Never enjoyed squats but it was something I had to do, I definitely need to invest in a pair of squat shoes as opposed to using weights to create that raised heel effect.

I was bending way to much at the waist and my lower back was getting overworked. I learned that if I used that same form when front squatting I would fall forward! So while you are pushing your hips back, you should aim to keep your torso as upright as possible.
