Both amazing options!! We loved diving in both places but we had an epic time on this live aboard - definitely a cheaper option but equally fab!

Nothing in particular really! The boat we took had all the food and drink we could need and we obviously had our diving gear already planned and packed. I don’t think there’s any specific to take really! Maybe just some cards!

Which one is better? Thailand (Similan) or Indonesia (Komodo) for diving?

In our opinion, Komodo. With a caveat that we did the Similan trip in the off season. But Komodo was fantastic (but a lot more expensive!)

hello，Is the visibility of seawater unrelated to the new moon and full moon while diving in Similan?

I believe there is a correlation but not 100% sure!

Thanks so much for watching and you're welcome - glad the video bought you some peace. I hope one day you will get to visit! This video was in the October which was the very beginning of the diving season so touch and go on it being sunny - this year it was not but it didn't affect us diving :) We hope to go back again one day in nicer conditions!
