As someone battling depression and anxiety, Nightbirde's quote 'you can't wait til life isn't hard anymore before you decide to be happy' hit me, it inspired me to work on my mental health. Nightbirde was super optimistic and therefore she beat her cancer in the way that she didn't let it stop her from holding out hope even when she only had a 2% chance.
