My cousin had the double LP of this unique concert: when I first heard the album at the age of 14, I was overwhelmed by this sensational music. The fascination and enthusiasm for this album has not lost even after 40 years.

Putting in a good word for Artie. He has some great moves in this spectacular performance. He’s the sexy one IMO-speaking as a woman who grew up on these songs. Plus his voice is wonderful. Absolutely angelic when he sings “Bridge Over Troubled Waters.”

I grew up with Simon and Garfunkel. I sang the songs during my newspaper delivery era. I hope someone was inlfluenced (probably not by me singing but the songs are so strong) so the music will spread throughout time......... They sang the anthems of a complete generation (or 2). We should cherish this music that was sang with such beautifull harmony and social relevance.

I remember this being aired on PBS shortly after the show. I was 17 and just loved it. I have this on DVD, CD and vinyl. One of my top 10 albums. I was fortunate to see Paul Simon in Chicago a couple years ago but I get sad at knowing I'll never get to see S&G on the stage... oh well.

There is something special in that gig sound. I don't know why but the whole performance sounds so good, it really takes theses already brillant songs one step futher. I rememer listing to it with good set of earphone and a good ampli and I was stoned by the quality of the sound. There is still no better sound experience than this gig.

I watch this concert again and again. Now just got myself some quality wireless headphones and love em even more! Yes they help with the current stresses very much so. I just love watching them and love the words and music harmonies. Art has the voice of an angel ( I saw him in concert twice in the 1980s in the UK. Fantastic. ). Paul is a genius at writing the songs. Great voice too of course. I’ve loved them since I was 16. I’m 68 now. Thank God forKZbin!! Love and peace to all likeminded folk. Keep well. Keep safe xx

I was a little girl, under ten years, when I first time listened their music with my cousin from cassette player. It was something very touching to me then...Many people has been left behind, including my cousin, but their music is going on in my life, almost fifty years later.
