From the day he set foot in England the Media was on him, some even say Potter did everything for him. He lost two of his Midfield orchestras where everything revolves around, add the injuries and competing in Europe for the first time it becomes very obvious why Brighton are struggling. De Zerbi has outplayed pretty much every Top Manager in the PL with limited players so imagine De Zerbi ball with World Class players, that would be devastating like we talking about a guy who inspires Pep. If he doesn't get the Liverpool job he'll get Barcelona or Inter or even Bayern, he's that good and Simon Jordan's opinion means absolutely nothing.

Totally agree with Simon about De Zerbi questioning Tony Bloom which was disgusting when you consider the job Bloom has done at Brighton over the years. Remember De Zerbi has had one good season in the premiership after taking over a job which was in a very good place after Graham Potter left. Yet this season has been a struggle and he is where is managerial career says he is middle of the table manager who should be nowhere near the Liverpool job

De Zerbi had the benefits of two of the very best performing central midfield players in the Premier League in MacAllister and Caicado..... Those two players when within Brightons system reached full potential.. Brighton have struggled without them,also being in Europe first time is tough and like others have been injury ravaged. Right now De Zerbi wouldn't be worth taking a chance on for Liverpool however if he stays at Brighton another season and improved their position significantly next term,say for arguments sake a 5th placed finish and a cup final or even trophy,then yes he would be worthy of consideration especially with the greatest respect to them,this was actually achieved with a club the size of Brighton.

Brighton also lost some very important players last year in the market, as a club they dont have experience handling european competitions next to epl. They are still 8th. Roma were finalists last year. Maybe de zerbi already talked with owners behind closed doors. Many italian clubs are also interested of de zerbi (juve, milan, napoli, lazio all looking new permanent managers this summer).
