Simon Le Bon and Nick Wood - Closer to Your Bed

"Closer to Your Bed" was written by Simon Le Bon and Nick Wood for their seminar "Beyond An Ordinary World - How Collaboration Inspires Ordinary to Extraordinary" at the 2017 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
This video begins with Simon and Nick's iPhone audio recording of the song, captured during their first meeting in Santa Monica. Next, Simon and Nick met on May 29, 2017 in London to further develop the song. This is followed by visits to Tokyo and Los Angeles to pick the brains of Syn's creative team.
During the seminar, which centered around creative collaboration and took place on Saturday 17th June, Simon and Nick invited the audience to record themselves performing finger snaps and singing the main chorus of the song on their phones. The recordings were sent to Syn, which were then added into the final song and video.
