Former England Women's boss Simon Middleton - who won five Six Nations Grand Slams at the helm between 2015 and 2023 and saw his team reach two World Cup finals - discusses successor John Mitchell's new approach to coaching the team.
Mitchell arrives with a wealth of experience having coached the England Men's forwards and defence, a number of club sides and been head coach of the All Blacks.
