Problem is, people from different parts of the 3rd world not only have great difficulty speaking a common language (English or French) in North America, they have even greater difficulty understanding the power structure. That obviously does themselves a great disservice as they fall for every single one of the traps set for them to build out an amazingly eclectic and dysfunctional world. Chaos for you, order for the OAC group. Yes, let the workers take fully independent decisions in their domain, but we always fail to mention that it never works out well ultimately because of the quid pro quo, linear reward system. This is a hokey, poorly thought out, reward system that obviously your best people are going to reject. You never want to see that in a society. What you want to see is an exponential, quid pro multis reward system.
