Wild Food - Dandelion. Dandelion Coffee and Nitsuke style root. Plus a Couple of Thank You's.

In this video I forage for Dandelion root, one of the few wild edibles available during the winter months. I cook the root Japanese style with soy and make some Dandelion root coffee - which Tom really enjoyed! I also take the opportunity to say a couple of thank you's.
