Thanks! ill try starting the session with the bands under the hips and finish the session with the bands at the feet. Figure it could help to grove the technique and targeting my personal weak points.

Currently working single leg adv tuck levers there was no mention on straddle FL. Assuming under the back works best for that variation ?
