Yes, exactly! For hooded lids the color should come up just barely past where your crease is when your eyes are open. :)

You can use it as a base for any color (experiment with swatches on your hand) or try a pop of colored liner on your bottom lash line! It looks really pretty paired with an otherwise neutral eye. ;)

I wear this exact look without falsies all the time! The only thing you have to do is skip the lashes and apply an extra coat of mascara, that's it. :) For other looks without lashes, my "makeup for glasses" tutorial didn't use them and they would be fine as standalone makeup for going out. Hope that helps!

Two questions: one, how do you pair pink/red lipstick/blush with non pink (blue, purple, green) eye shadow? I can never tell if my choices match. Two, is there a certain eye brush set (or a few types of eye brushes) that you'd recommend? I only have one (and a spongy) and I'd like to expand my set, but I don't know what to get.
