there are no scripts, all the functionality is available via GUI. if you wish to generate many files with the same tree structure, you need to build the tree and then choose option "Generate Boards" in the drop down list of the "save tree" button. if you wish to solve many files one by one automatically go to the menu Standalone -> Jobs.
